CoorsTek Earns Great Place to Work Certification

July 30 2024

Golden, Colorado – July 30, 2024 CoorsTek is proud to announce that it has been certified as a Great Place to Work™ (GPTW) company in Canada, Japan, Netherlands, South Korea, Thailand, United Kingdom and the United States. This prestigious certification is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at CoorsTek through a third-party, anonymous survey. This is the third time the U.S has received certification and the first time for Japan.

The Great Place to Work Survey
The survey presented 60 statements and two open-ended questions related to the employee experience at CoorsTek with questions relating to their job, leaders, and colleagues. Additionally, the survey measured how people think the company is performing in the areas of justice, equity and collaboration.

What does this mean for our team members?
We are committed to providing the best employee experience possible. Our focus is on hiring and retaining top talent and ultimately having our employees view CoorsTek as an employer of choice in the communities we serve. According to research from the Great Place to Work Institute, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a Certified workplace. Additionally, employees at Certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company’s profits, and have a fair chance at promotion.
