Siliconized Silicon Carbide (Si:SiC) is a ultra-pure ceramic (>99.99% purity) that has an exceptional long-term thermal performance. Additionally, Si:SiC has excellent particle and corrosion resistance to keep a high purity environment. Si:SiC is often coated with ultra-purity CVD SiC for additional protection.
