Single Crystal Silicon

Description

Single crystal silicon, the same material as silicon wafers, has almost no contamination. Although the standard manufactured product is plate shaped, it can also be produced as a rod or a ring. Furthermore, high-precision, low-contamination machining that was once considered difficult, is now possible. This enables CoorsTek to produce ultra-pure and precise parts for silicon wafer handling.
