Yttria Partially Stabilized Zirconia

Composition

Y2O3 Partially Stabilized ZrO2

Description

Yttria Partially Stabilized Zirconia (YTZP) components are very strong, and can be employed in extreme environments. This material excels in machinery and mechanical applications requiring corrosion and insulative properties matched with fatigue resistance and impact loading excellence. Additionally, unique mechanical properties allow for an exceptional surface finish on the sub-micron scale.
